Salon Policy

  • Cash is preferred but card, zelle, and venmo are accepted

    • There is a 5% fee of your total if you do decide to use card

  • If you are paying with CASH please have EXACT cash.

  • NO additional guests are allowed in the room. There is a lobby they can wait in by the front if necessary.

  • Cancellation Policy- If you no show, or come more than 15 minutes later than your appointment time your appointment will be cancelled. When your appointment is cancelled there is a 50% charge of your service. This is due to the artist time that was filled and set-up for the service.

  • 15 minute grace period is given to all guests.

    • If you know ahead of time that you will be late. Please let me know and we can reschedule.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment please do that 48 hrs in advance.

  • Please try to come to you appointment with a clean face this allows me to utilize your full service time. If you have to come in and clean your lashes/brows that will run into your servicing time.

  • All pricing is fixed and final!

  • Touch ups do not count as fills. Touch ups are placing extensions and not removing any outgrown lashes. This type of an appointment is very quick. Just to add a little volume to your lashes before your event if you can’t come in for a fill.

  • Fills are only 2week and 3 week. Once your last appointment reaches past 4 weeks it will be considered a full set.

  • When booking your appointment online I will ask for a card to be put on file. This card will never be charged without you being informed first. The only instances the card on file will be charged is if you no showed, cancel your appointment the day of, or choose to use that as a form of payment for your service.
